The fastest way to reach OmniProfit is by email. Whether you have spotted a fee schedule that needs updating, want to suggest a marketplace we have not added yet, or have a partnership idea, this is where it lands.

A few things speed up our reply:

• Which platform and region you are asking about (for example: Etsy UK, Amazon FBA Germany).
• A link to the official fee page if you think a rate we use is wrong.
• A screenshot of the calculator output if something is behaving unexpectedly.
• Your browser and device if you are reporting a UI bug.

Journalists, podcasters, and marketplace partners are welcome to reach out at the same address. We can provide fee-trend commentary, embeddable calculator widgets, and anonymised aggregate usage data where available.

For GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA requests — access, deletion, or opt-out — email us with the subject line "Privacy request." We respond within the statutory deadline (30 days for GDPR, 45 days for CCPA).
